Current Scale print not working
We have tiled services created using the ArcGIS tiling scheme and are tiled up to 1:288895.277144.
When we print using the Geocortex default "Current scale 1:288895" it does not print the tiled services that are on.
When we use a scale manually added in GE of "1:288895.277144" it prints the tiled services just fine.
When we use the default "Current Scale 1:288895" to print a service that is tiled to 1:577790.554289 it shows up on the print.
Anyone else having this problem?
Is this a GE bug? Is it failing to reflect the actual scale and rounding the default scale in such a way that it is not really 1:288895?
Is there a way to disable the 'Current Scale' option in the print dialogue? The HTML5 viewer does not seem to honor the 'Default Map Scale' in GE Manager.
Running GE 4.2.2 and HTML5 2.3.3

I am having the same issue. However, when I select Current Extent, the tiled image prints just fine. When I select a map scale option such as 1:1,128.497176 (which is the current scale) the image won't print. However, if I go into Manager and remove this scale and add the scale 1:1,128 without all those decimals, it works fine. I would like to be able to set the Current Extent as the default but the HTML5 viewer is not honoring that setting from Manager.

Have a look at this thread, it sounds similar.

Exactly. When I use the Current Scale option, the resulting print template that is generated has a completely different scale on it.
