    Hi Jeff,

    The mobile provisioning file that Apple issues expires every year.  Depending on how comfortable you are with editting the contents of distribution packages you could update and replace the file yourself.  Since your app is 1 year old your best bet is to open a support ticket with us requesting a new distribution package.  That way you can get a new provisioning file as well as the latest version of the app as well.  There is no support fees associated with building new distribution packages.
