Click on point features server to display attributes

I am wondering if there is a way to click on a point layer inside the viewer, which than opens the attribute table.  Once the user clicks on the point in question all attributes that belong to the point popup in the users screen.  I do not want to use a workflow.

  Hi Jake,

  You could do this using Map Tips. Map Tips will display the content that you set in the Feature Long Description of the layer, which accepts HTML content and supports displaying fields from the layer. You could enter each of the attributes that you want to display in the Feature Long Description, and then by enabling Map Tips on the layer, and configuring them to display "On Click", then the attributes will pop up when the user clicks on one of the points.
