full support arcgis server image services

Our customers use arcgis image services to publish lidar data and associated derived images.  arcgis online allows users to view the base services and interactively switch to the derived services.  My customers have requested this functionality in the HTML5 viewer.  I agree with this request.  I would like to see either full support of image services in essentials or a methodology that would allow us to incorporate this image services widget into essentials while in the GE manager.

  when an image service contains multiple years, we need to be able to display each in the slider. currently only the most recent displays.
