GVS 2.3.3: Fails to display map services after upgrading to ArcGIS server 10.3

I couldn’t figure out why the GVS (2.3.3) fails to display the map services after upgrading to ArcGIS server 10.3

After upgrading ArcGIS server from 10.2.2 to 10.3 I was surprised that the Silverlight viewer(2.3.3) fails to display the map services even the services that was published before upgrading, on the other hand the Html5 viewer (2.2.1) displays the services successfully, What is the issue here? have any one face this strange behavior ?
