How to select map service in combo box

A quick question from a GE newbie: How can I display a form which allows a user in the HTML5 viewer to select a map service from an ArcGIS Server?

I've adapted the GetLayerList.xaml workflow (from http://support.geocortex.com/get-a-list-of-all-layers-from-a-map-service) to obtain the map services, but I am at a loss as to utilising the results in a Combo box or Select box.

The idea is to provide the user with the ability to select a map service tailored to their required business role and then update the HTML5 viewer UI with the selected map service.

Any suggestions?
