Identify doesn't work properly with multiple layers

Slowly plodding through converting to HTML5 (sigh)....

Here's the latest problem.  I have 2 layers (taxlots and address pts), that have multi-line Feature Descriptions (which I've listed at the bottom of this post).

If I have both layers visible, and do an identify on an address pt, it should return 1 result for the taxlot, and 1 result for the address pt.  It returns the 2 results, but only the first return (taxlot) is populated with attributes.  The address pts record is blank.

If I reload the viewer and turn off taxlots and identify an address pt by iteself, the results are populated.  If I then turn on taxlots and do another identify, the address pt is populated, but the taxlot isn't.  So it seems I'm getting attributes only for 1 or the other, whichever was returned first.

In either case, the Zoom to Feature hyperlink that I've set up works, so the viewer is recognizing the geometry.

 

Looking at the identify results in Fiddler, both results have all the attribute values.

 

Any ideas?  I'm scratching my head on this one.
