Hyperlinks in Identify Results

Is there a way to include hyperlinks from a field in identify results? I've used the field token to insert it but it comes up as plain text. It's like that in the table format as well.  If I choose to insert a hyperlink it applies that link to every feature but I need the proper value for each feature from the URL field in the attribute table.(/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzbrEAA) /customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzbrEAA

  You need to set "allowUnsafeContent" to true in the json files.

  That worked when I click on the result and view the record but for the initial result itself can this be done? As part of the feature description?

  This is what I'm putting into the Feature Description:
