Convert Feature to Markup and back
I swear, the longer I roll this problem around in my head, the dumber I feel.
I have a feature layer. It's a road map.
If I fire up a line drawing tool, and scribble something out, I can then hit "Edit" in the toolbar and mess around with it. Because it's in the markup layer, I guess.
Now, I can select features from my feature service, but I can't seem to get them into the markup layer for editing. I've used GetGeometries and then used the result in AddMarkup but as far as I can tell, nothing's happening.
And then of course the whole problem of committing the changed markup geometry back into the feature layer remains to be figured out.
Anybody ever tried anything like this? And suceeded?

Well, I got it *into* the markup layer. Can't get it back *out* yet but...progress!

What we need it the edit module in html5, that would at least let us drag and drop points, edit lines and polygons etc. or delete a feature, or edit a feature. when is the editor for html5 scheduled for release?

That would be an incredibly useful thing, and would probably save me from having to write my daft workarounds.
