Unable to Identify/Query after 4.2 Upgrade

I just upgraded GE from 4.0 to 4.2 and Silverlight Viewer template from 2.x to 2.3, and my site viewer. Now when I add a new map service to the site I can see the service but I can't identify a feature or query the layer. If I go to the REST Endpoint I can see the features and query them so I know it's not the map service. I also created a new test site and added the same map service to the test site and it works fine.

  Hi Patrick,

  Have you tried using Fiddler to see the request and responses?

  https://support.geocortex.com/use-fiddler-to-capture-web-traffic-between-a-web-browser-and-a-web-site

  You should be seeing Identify requests and JSON responses.

  Not sure which of the steps solved the issue but I had used GTX Identity Server security to develop 2 set of users, matched these users to specific themes of map services, and also denied access to the same map services. After taking all this out the map services behaved normally, then I reapplied the security.
