HTML5 Viewer 2.4 guide updated

I've updated the Administrator and Developer Guide for HTML5 Viewer 2.4 with additional information about third-party integration. There are three new subsections in the "Integration Module" section: "Configure Cross-Domain Access for a Third-Party Application", "Configure Third-Party Access to a Secured Site", and "Example 2: Integrate with Pictometry". I've also updated the instructions for integrating with Bing Maps to include steps for configuring cross-domain access and access to secured sites, and I've corrected an error in a folder name. I hope this helps with some of the questions that have come up on the Forum.
