    Hi Shrikant,   There is a know issue in which Manager caches a file from the viewer configuration. Clearing the browser's cache should fix this issue. Also, this won't happen in future upgrades as it has been fixed for the upcoming relases.   Hope it helps,   -Alejandro

    I have just experienced the same after upgrading to GVH 2.6.1. Has this problem been re-issued? Clearing the browser cache didn't help.

    I've experienced the same problem upgrading the HTML5 Viewer from 2.3.2 to 2.6.1.  Clearing the browser's cache didn't help.

    Hi guys,

     

    If clearing the cache didn't help, then maybe the upgrader didn't migrate the tool bar configuration properly.

     

    If you add a new viewer to your site, can you manage the toolbar for that?

     

    If so, please zip up the Site folder (including the viewer configuration!) and send the package to support@latitudegeo.com and we'll take a look at it.
