“Overview map” in a “report” in the Geocortex does not appear,

“Overview map” in a “report” in the Geocortex does not appear,

 

The report prepared as shown below, but when using the tool report at the geocortex, the overview map does not appear.

What might be the issue here?

  Do you have the Overview map on in the viewer?
