WMTS returns No results found.

Hello,

I am trying to add a WMTS map service to a brand spanking new site. This is the URL:

https://pregeoegl.msp.gouv.qc.ca/cgi-wms/mapcache.fcgi/wmts?SERVICE=WMTS&REQUEST=getcapabilities&version=1.0.0

When pasting this in a browser, it surely returns the GetCapabilities, but when pasting in the Add Map Service dialog in Geocortex Essentials 4.2.2, I always get No results found.

I have tried this other one, and other WMTS, both secured and non-secured, and they all worked.

Since I do not receive an error, and just getting No results found, I do not know where to look to see if there is a problem.

The offending WMTS works in ArcMap and other GIS clients.
