NavigateToURI with a window target?

Is it possible to use NavigateToURI (or something similar) in a workflow/silverlight to specify a target window?  So instead of "_blank" I could specify a certain window name (like in javascript window.open) and/or window details (scrollbars, etc)?  Or will I need to write some custom code for this?
