HTML5 2.4 toolbar configuration
Pretty excited about the fresh-out-of-the-oven 2.4 viewer. Have it installed and working, with 1 exception. When I go to configure the toolbar, I get a message saying 'Failed to find toolbar configuration', so I can't do any work on this. The map itself has a default toolbar, so the tools do actually work.
Wondering if others have seen this, or if it's operator error as far as my installation process goes.
Thanks -
Allen

Did you install this on top of a viewer 2.3 installation (ie. you already had the 2.3 template installed and then added the 2.4 viewer)?
Did you install the management pack?
I ran into that issue just yesterday after reinstalling the 2.4 beta template on top of the 2.3 template. I also found that with both versions installed, I could no longer edit the 2.3 versions - I was prompted/forced to upgrade them to 2.4 if I wanted to edit them.

Hi Peter -
I did the 'upgrade' method in the Geocortex Essentials post-installer. Went to the 2.3 viewer and upgraded to 2.4, so the 2 versions were never simultaniously available (this is in our development environment).

I had this same issue occur. Try a browser cache wipe and let us know if that fixes it. It worked like a charm for me.
Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks Kevin -
Browser clear didn't do it, but a private browsing session works great. Probably wasn't thorough enough in my browser clear-out. All set.

I ran into this issue again yesterday and clearing my Firefox cache fixed it.

Thank you for posting this! I had the exact same issue. Clearing my cache on Chrome worked great!
