Adding Esri map service connections

Upgrading to Essential 4.3 and Html5 viewer 2.4

I'm triying to add esri (http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services) map services, but they aren't visible.  The zoom plus/minus button aren't visible either.  I've tried it with Bing and Open Street Map services, and they works as expected. ... My older Essentials 4.3 and Html5 viewer 2.3 apps are working as well. 

Anyone else having this trouble?

  To clarify.  The visibility I'm referring to is in the "Add Map Service" window.   I noticed that even our local arcgis map services aren't visible either.

  Hello Frank,

  When you click on the World_Street_Map Map Service, the map preview should display. If you click on the layer within it, it will not because there are no features on this layer.

  Is there another publicly-available service that you can point to where you are seeing this issue?
