Some Layer Themes Not Displaying in HTML5 Viewer

I'm having an issue with layer themes not displaying in the HTML5 2.4 Viewer.  The site has 4 layer themes (consisting of differently symbolized versions of the same service) two of the layer themes display when toggled on, and two do not display.

I am using GeoCortex Essentials version 4.3.0
