markdown list for Forms in 4.3?

Anyone have any clue where one can find a list of the new markdown items for Forms?  Great video at https://support.geocortex.com/workflow-markdown but can't find any documentation...

  James,

  You will just have to try the examples that are represented here in a Markdown list item:

  https://jonschlinkert.github.io/remarkable/demo/

  Be warned that what display's in the Workflow designer will not be what displays in the HTML5 template.  You will just have to code it, then test in the HTML5 browser.

  I think the markdown mini language in forms is really cool.  my question is "Can it be used in map tips, the home page, and other areas where the html5 viewer uses html5 language text???"

  also what are the future plans for markdown in the html5 viewer?
