Feature hyperlinks not working with excel data link

I have a data link set up with an excel file and everything is working except the feature hyperlink. The related record displays in the results area just like it is supposed to when I select a feature but when I click the feature hyperlink I created, the related record field I specified isn't getting passed into the replacement token I have set up in the URL. I used {DataLinkID.DataLinkFieldName} for the replacement token but this isn't working. Any ideas? I am using GE 4.3 and GVH 2.4.
