How to turn off zoom in viewers?

I need to prevent zooming in a few of my viewers, can anyone tell me if I can stop the mouse wheel from zooming and also disable the zoom buttons?

  Are you using HTML5or SL? Have you tried setting the minimum and maximum resolution settings on your viewer to be the same values?

  Works great, thanks! For some reason I thought I tried this before and it didn't work. But anyways, I tried again and it does the trick.
