Instant Search Data Folder not Changing

Yesterday we ran into an issue with our server's hard drive filling up.

Turns out that our Instant Search Data directory was on our C:\ but should have been on our E:\

When trying to perform the utility to move the data folder, nothing is happening. I click FINISH after pointing to the new DATA folder and the dialog closes and nothing happens.

Anybody run into this? 

We need to move our data folder to free up space on our servers hard drive and I can't seem to do that using the management utility. 

HELP!

  I didn't realise there was a utility to move the data folder.  Could you tell me where to find it?  I'll try it myself and let you know how it goes.
