GVH v2.4 Blackberry vs iPhone

We were testing our cemetery site on two mobile devices. One was a Blackberry (OS 10.3.1.1865) and the other an iPhone 8.3 (12F70)

The app worked well on the Blackberry but the iPhone could not open the site.

Does anyone have any insight as to why this app won't function on an iPhone?

  Hi Walter

  Not sure if this is a simplistic response...but we had a similar issue.  The answer was simply that that the cookies were blocked for Safari:

  Under Settings|Safari and In the Block Cookies option, check Allow from Websites I Visit

  Chris,

  I've checked off "Allow from websites I visit" and still Safari cannot find the server.

  Althouh the Blackberry works, the iPhone does not.
