Temp File Issues 4.3.1

After upgrading to 4.3.1, I receive the following error when running workflows that create temp files.

~~There was a workflow error running activity: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Workflow 'AllParcelNotifications' failed Unhandled exception: 'One or more errors occurred.' in activity '1.24.1.112: CreateTempFile'. One or more errors occurred. Unrecognized attribute 'notOverwrite'. Note that attribute names are case-sensitive. (E:\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\LC_Geocortex\REST Elements\REST\web.config line 55)

I'm not sure how this attribute in the web config file is breaking my workflows. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  It seems it also broke the ability to print maps. I have deleted the attribute from the web.config and everything works fine now. Not sure how that impacts anything with 4.3.1 but will see if anyone has any comments.
