Map tips no longer working after upgrade

I just did an upgrade to GVH 2.4.1 and I was already running and am still running Essentials 4.3. My map tips have stopped working all together. Has anyone else encountered this? I am also using the Geocortex Services Enhancement Proxy to Resolve Coded Domains but map tips were still working with this feature prior to the viewer upgrade. I am going to upgrade Essentials to 4.3.1 to see if this helps.

  Update: The upgrade worked and I can now see results with map tips again.
