Set different authorization for different Essential Manager sign-in

Hello,

If we have more than one sign-in to the Essential Manager (e.g. having multiple users under the Built-in Adminstrators group, is it possible to grant different authorization to different Essential Manager sing-in, so that one can not see the sites created by others under the Essential Manager page. Could anyone please advise if this is possible. Thank you.
