Feature request for the HTML viewers to have the arrow markup tool that was present in the silverlight version.

The arrow markup tool is available, it's just not included in the default drawing tool group. You can add it and a bunch of other shapes by adding a new tool to your toolbar, using the AddMarkup command, and choosing your shape from the dropdown menu.
