Radio Button Group Layer heading not visible on Legend
Hi, I have a map service that we've configured to be used with the new radio button layer/group-layer selection. I've set essentialsit so that only one of the group layer folders are selected and the all the child layers can be switched on and off. this is how it looks in essentials:
(/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elu4REAQ) /customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elu4REAQ
"Work Order" and "Service Request" are folders I created in Essentials and I added the arcgis group layers on these two folders. It's displaying properly on the viewer (html5 viewer 2.4.1) including the layer selection behaviour.
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eluGHEAY
However when I switch to the legend panel, the group layer/folder names are not showing and it's grouping by the map service instead and joining all the layers together. This then creates a confusing legend list with the Disclipine from both the 'work order' and 'service request' groups are merged into one.
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eluFyEAI
I've checked from the main folder to the radio buttton group layer to the individual layers themseleves to include in the legend and the results are the same
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltfpEAA
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elza6EAA
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzDpEAI
Would appreciate some help in this one. Also the legend panel not respecting the grouping on the layer list and using the map service to group the legend instead is not so much an issue but would want to know if i'm missing some configuration so that the legend would use the essentials map configuration.

Di d you ever finda solution to this? I'm having the same problem. H. 0 -
Hi Helen,
The legend info comes directly from ArcGIS and as you have discovered, is organized by map service. I would suggest adding a post to the "Ideas" section of this Support Center, requesting that the map legend maintains the same organization as the map list. If it is an "Idea", other customers can comment and vote on it and our Products group can determine how much interest there is in the feature.
