Automatically convert to Decimal Degrees

I have a feature class in NAD_1927_StatePlane_Wisconsin_South_FIPS_4803 coordinate system. It has Lat/Long fields that are already populated with Decimal Degrees. In a workflow that adds a new point and fills in other attribute fields, I would like to automatically populate the Lat/Long fields with Decimal Degrees, not the State Plane coordinates.

I'm unsure how to get the coordinates of the new point and convert the State Plane coordinates to Decimal Degrees to then be able to assign the results to the proper fields.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
