Viewing Charts in HTML5

Hi 

 

I am trying to create charts for my map. After configuring them in the layers panel however, they are no appearing in the viewer. I tried to launch them using the view charts tool however it is greyed out. How do I open the chart in the viewer?

  If you are using the newest HTML5 2.4 viewer, it may be a bug that prevents them from being drawn. I can't see any of my HTML5 charts since upgrading. It's pretty buggy with charts.

  Hi. In my case, I eventually realised its because you need to select features before they appear on the chart.  Initially I thought that the chart view would just open with the features.
