Title when printing in HTML5 V2.4

Hello,

I have a number of print templates in my maps with a user entered title configured.  We have found that when clicking in the title box it will convert to a single line box.  When you then start to type it converts back to a multiline box, which finally enters the title you need.  Has anyone else experienced this and knows a work around for it?

  I have a similarly related issue, I'm looking to resolve as well.  I have a multiline text field for the notes section of my Print Template.  Anytime the user tabs to or clicks to the text field it switches from multiline to single line and back again, and then requiring a second click to place cursor to begin typing. I've yet to find a work around.  I have tried the different configurations of checking/unchecking multiline in manager with no success.
