Configure Help button for HTML5 viewer 2.4
I want to configure a Help button for the the HTML5 viewer, similar to the one available for Silverlight viewer. I went to add a button, but cannot find the ShowHelpTopic function in the list. Is this available for the HTML5 viewer. I would also like to use the InvokeClickHelp function. Thanks in advance.

Is there still no way to add the help button to the HTML5 viewer? 0 -
Have a look at the Footer module in the Admin Guide. It shows how to add a link to the footer, the link can point to a help file on your web server. The Home Panel can also be used to add a link to a help file. The HTML5 viewer does not have a help system like the Silverlight viewer does. The Silverlight viewer is more like an application while the HTML5 viewer is a website.

I have a question for you Wayne. I'm trying to create a Help button in a toolbar that would simply fire off a URL in a new window or tab. What command and parameter do I use for a simple buttonized hyperlink in a HTML5 viewer? 0 -
Command is OpenWebPage and the parameter is the URL you want to open.
We've also repurposed the TermsofUse code gallery example to open a guide/help document within the viewer.0 -
Thank you, Dan. I appreciate the help! 0
