Simple Button URL
I'm sure this has been covered somewhere before and I just can't find it.
I have a button in a toolbar that I want to open a new browser window with a static URL; pretty much an <a href> command with an <img src> tag. That's it. Click the button on the toolbar and it opens a window for samplewebsiteURLhere.com.
I've tried messing with the button dialog in essentials manager. I've even pointed it to a workflow but I don't see an "external browser URL" command.
Am I over thinking this? Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks!!

Michael,
which Viewer are you using either GVS or GVH?
in GVS, you can use a simple workflow where you use a command 'NavigateToUri', and a toolbar - button - to starta workflow.
In GVH, there is a command called 'OpenWebPage', and you may consider to utilize the GVH module called 'Footer Module' where you can configure the Menus which takes Hyperlinked Image as the default which is just configuration and a good place to launch any other web site from the viewer.
wish this help you out,
Munhwan

Does the "OpenWebPage" function take a target= paramater?
Currently (GE47/GVH28) gives a warning the first time, then creates a new (browser tab every time.0 -
Hi Frederic,
I'm afraid it doesn't currently. I'd suggest posting that to the ideas section so it can be looked at for a future version of the product!
Thanks,
