Invalid URL - But it's not
Essentials 4.3.1 HTML5 2.4.1
Does anyone have any idea why the URL to my viewer would suddenly start throwing a "500" error as an invalid URL to the Desktop.json.js file? It worked the other day, but now the viewer doesn't launch. Just the splash screen, then blank screen. Normally, this indicates something wrong with the JSON, but that's valid. The path throwing the invalid URL error is, in fact, the path to the Desktop.json.js file.
Any thoughts on I what I could try to troubleshoot this one? I'm stumped.

Hi Sean,
The Viewer belongs to the Site. If the Site doesn't load, you will get a 500 error when we try to get the viewer config file.
You will likely also get a 500 error when you try to get the content from the Site endpoint.
If the viewer config URL is:
then the Site URL is:
http://gedemo.geocortex.com/Geocortex/Essentials/Prod/REST/sites/LA_County
And that should load in a browser. If you get an error when you load the Site URL, then check the Essentials logs for reasons why that's happening (if the error isn't shown on the Essentials page)

Thanks, Malcolm. I understand the relationship between the two, but I don't understand why the viewer link in Manager, that worked the other day, now doesn't resolve to the viewer today. In Fiddler, it shows a 500 error. Why would the viewer no longer launch from Manager if the path to the viewer files is still the same?
