LA County Sample--how workflow and report template linked together

Hello,

I am stepping  through this sample site and have hard time to understand the link between the workflow and report template.  I do not know how the arguments are passed.  Here is the sequence of it and hopefull one of you can help me making sense of these. 

1.  query result:  /customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzpFEAQ   The hyperlink is calling a workflow.

2.  Syntax for hyperlink: 

 

<a href="command:RunWorkflowWithArguments?workflowId=RunReportFromHyperlink&WhereClause=AIN%3D%27{AIN}%27">Run parcel report...</a>

3.  Workflow-RunReportFromHyperlink:  this workflow requires 4 input arguments. /customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltukEAA    However I only see one from hyperlink (#2), which is whereclause.  There is no defaul value defined in this workflow.

My question is where other three inputs come from.  Thanks in advance.

  I found out where other three arguments are set.  When the workflow is added to the site the other three variables are defined.
