Filter by Layer Name

A feature in the Silverlight viewer that many of my users found helpful was the "Filter by Layer Name" in the layer list (see image). We happen to have over 60 layers, many in groups. This helps keep our erratic, impatient, and often spastic sales staff from scrolling up and down the layer list wildly in front of clients looking for a layer. Is there any way to get this functionalilty in the HTML5 viewer?
