Add Feature Zoom Scale property for Geocoding Services

The geometry returned from an ArcGIS Geocoding Services is a point.  When a result returned from the Geocoding Service is selected in an HTML Viewer 2.4.1 side panel, the viewer zooms and pans to the map to one of the smaller scale levels in the tiled based map (a small scale of ~ 1:10,000 in my map).  I want and need to have the map zoom to a large scale in the map (e.g. ~ 1:1,000).  The "Feature Zoom Scale" property is currently available for Map Services on a Layer's Details tab.  My enhancement request is to have a "Zoom Scale" property created and enabled for the ArcGIS Geocoding Services added to a Site.
