2.4.1 base map and dynamic layers ascew
I wanted to point out a behavior I have noticed since I started using 2.4.1 HTML viewer. When you zoom the basemap and any of the dynamic layers do not remain aligned. As soon as you stop the zoom and the map redraws they snap back together. Once you pan one time this weired behavior stops and the stay together.

We have noticed this as well... very annoying.

On a similar topic (or perhaps the same issue), does anyone observe latency between a dynamic layer & a basemap layer to the extend that it results in the dynamic layer staying static for a period of time after basemap is drawn (the effect is your dynamic layer becomes pixelated which gives a very poor user experience)... We have observed this in Silverlight viewer as well & i'm looking to have some tests done with raw esri js api viewer to see if the issue is actually at esri as opposed to geocortex;

When I zoom in to my HTML5 viewer desktop version my dynamic points move and then go back to the correct location. This is very annoying to the users.
Latest version of Essentials and HTML
