Cached Map Service disappears when on top of Image Service

I have single feature class I published as a map service  and cached.

In Essentials Manager > Site > Map > Map Services tab, w henever I place the cached map service on top of my Imagery Services, the cached map service disappears!

Is this a bug and is there anyway to fix it?

The whole point was to cache that layer, then have it display on top of the imagery at a rapid pace.

I had to do this because everytime a user would turn on this layer and then an imagery service, it would time out and crash when trying to print.

Essentials version 4.4.0 &  HTML5 template 2.5

  I've had the same issue and it seems that it is related to differences between the tiling schemes for the two services, they have to match.
