Layer Hyperlink Support HTML5

Not sure if this is already an enhancement request (couldn't see one)

Also I couldn't find any mention of it in the the Silverlight/HTML5 feature matix.

A big plus for us would be for Layer Hyperlinks to be supported in HTML5, particularly for displaying metadata links from the layer actions menu.

  I would like to see layer hyperlinks and tool tips for layers in the html5 viewer. Even though you enable those in the manager or a layer or for a feature, they do not work in the html5 viewer, as far as i can tell. is this true? I know you can put them in a layer action, if you can edit the desktop.json.js file.

  I have been trying to find a way of applying Layer Hyperlinks to the layer actions menu. But have hit a brick wall on this.

  This is in development and will be included in the upcoming release of Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.6, targeting a beta release in late January 2016.

  Would really appreciate this functionality for image services and caches services in HTML5 viewer. Coming soon?
