Trouble Adding Editable Layer

I keep getting an error when trying to add this editable service from AGOL: http://services1.arcgis.com/fBc8EJBxQRMcHlei/ArcGIS/rest/services/Edit_layer1/FeatureServer

The service is shared publically but every time I add it, it crashes the essentials manager site.

Anyone know why this is happening?
