Warning: Invalid replacement token: {MapServiceURL}

When trying to connect to the linked photos of a feature service I keep getting this error "Warning: Invalid replacement token: {MapServiceURL}"

And the photos do not show up.

Here is a screen shot of the errors.  anyone know why this isn't working?

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000em1JhEAI
