ArcGIS Server Upgrade and Global Searching

We've just completed an upgrade to our production server for ArcGIS Server v10.1 to v10.22. Now the global search capabilities has come to a grinding halt.

There have been no changes to the actual site itself and the global searching was working fine before.

Any ideas as to what is causing this? And is there any resolution for this issue?

  Also, after the upgrade, the query activities in several workflows for this site were failing as well.

  I managed to isolate the workflow issue where the pre-built query string used the following line in the query:

  GIS_StoneOrchard.GEOCORTEX.%GIS_cemetery_sites.interred_persons

  But after I removed the GIS_StoneOrchard.GEOCORTEX.%GIS_cemetery_sites from the field name and just used the "interred_persons" alias name, then

  the workflow works.

  Having said that, I now suspect that the global search stopped working since the rest end point still has the full line under the field names.
