Forms and Menus with low resolution monitors

We have a few users with 17" monitors running 1024 X 768 screen resolutions (I know...) and they are experiencing issues with forms and menus within the HTML5 viewer. Specifically, on the print map form, the pull downs are functional, but the right hand arrows drop off. Also, the print button is barely clickable in the lower right hand corner. On the "I want to" menu, items near the bottom are not accessible at all. Both of these issues could probably be fixed with scroll bars, but none show up. Does anyone have any suggestions or workarounds for using the desktop application with low res monitors?
