In essentials 4.4 under "add base map" i dont see all my map services - is anyone else experiencing this?

  Hi Ken,

   

  This interface only shows map services that are eligible to be used in base maps. This excludes feature layers, GeoRSS layers, and KML layers. Also, map services that participate in a transparency slider group are not listed individually -- the slider group(s) will be listed instead.
