How do I keep maptips from appearing if no results are found?

  Has anyone found solution for this. I am facing same issue, Maptip keeps reappearing even though I have used HideAllMaptips set to false as parameter,DisableMAptips,SuspendMaptips.

  So I am assuming this holds true for SilverlightViewer also. Scenario is i delete a record and my result table is blank.. But moment i pan over map or close the result table, maptip pops up back along with highlighted layer.
