How to remove features from results

In GVH 2.5, how can a user remove some features from the result list? For example, a user use a rectangle identify tool to select 12 records. S/he then wants to remove one from the list before reporting. Can this be done? Right now the user has to do identify again making sure not to select the features s/he does not want to include. Thanks.
