Querytask select all where clause

I used "1:1"  in the where box in querytask.  I got error message.  I know the query url is correct so the problem is is the whare clause.

  try using "1=1"

  I cnanged to 1=1 and it still did not work.  However I changed where clause in combobox without "" for where clause and query url it worked.  thanks.
