Reports - features from multiple layers

Is there a way to show attribute information from multiple layers in a report WITHOUT using a workflow? If not, is that functionality coming anytime soon?

  You can run multi-layer reports without a workflow by using a combination of data links and sub reports that pull data from your data link fields.

  Majdoleen,

   

  Typically a subreport is used to add data from a different source (i.e. using a data link) than the layer the main report has been assigned to. In that case, the value for ReportName on the subreport should be the name of the data link, and the Tag should be the name of the subreport file (including the .rpx).

   

  If the report is working without the subreport added to it, then there's probably an issue in the subreport file or your data link.
