I have an image service that displays at all scales in ArcMap but doesn't display in Essentials when zoomed in past a scale of about 1180. Any suggestions for fixing this? I am using other image services and I'm not experiencing this same problem

  Figured out it was the image service itself.   In server manager I clicked on image service,  chose Caching,  changed it from dynamic to 'Using tiles'.   Changed the maximum scale to 0 and then changed it back to Dynamically from the data and clicked Save and Restart.
